If your campaign completes and your app does not reach a 4.7★ rating as described in your plan, you are eligible for a full refund.
Eligibility
- The campaign was completed over the agreed timeline.
- Your app remained available and unchanged in ways that affect reviews.
- The refund is requested within 14 days of campaign completion.
